This is the thought-provoking story of a young Yeshiva student who leaves the Yeshiva and sets off in search of what he hopes will be a better life.
He arrives at a farm owned by Jewish people, and is hired to tutor their son. He soon learns that his initial impression of them as being simple, unspiritual people is mistaken - and it is he who can learn from them... about what being a good Jew really means.
This film, filmed in the actual countryside, beautifully portrays the conflict between life in the Yeshiva and the life on the outside world !!
